We are a small team that write about Food and Drink, what started as a hobby /passion site has quickly grown and we now spend more time than ever writing about food and drinks we try and recipes we love!

Noel Matthews

Noel’s first job was working in the kitchen of an American restaurant in the UK at the age of 16, washing up and busing! He eventually progressed to salads and desserts, and his love for food was set! In his 20’s he travelled the world Asia, Africa, Australia, New Zealand and has now visited over 40 countries, enjoying the local food and drink! Sammy Jackson

Junior Writer

Sammy recently graduated with a Degree in English literature, she works part time for Kapnos Dining Club, reviewing the latest products both food and drink in the Grocery stores, as well as helping Noel edit and photograph the latest recipes.
