It’s such a neat little ritual to feel like I’m cooking this hearty food that fits right into my keto life. I’ve got my ground beef, and I’m mixing it up with almond flour, garlic, usually Parmesan, some Italian seasoning, and salt and pepper.
It’s a good balance. I feel quite energized and I like meal prepping.
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup almond flour
- 1 large egg

Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and arrange a baking sheet with parchment paper.

I add minced garlic, onion powder, and fresh parsley for even more flavor.
