Hi there im excited to share my strawberry recipes featuring fun dishes from breakfast to dinner. 1. Strawberry Sunrise Overnight Oats

I tried Strawberry Sunrise Overnight Oats and its an easy breakfast with rolled oats, milk, plain Greek yogurt, chopped fresh strawberries, honey and chia seeds. Its super simple and works great.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup milk (or your fave milk substitute)
  • 1/3 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup chopped fresh strawberries
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds

Instructions

1. In a bowl, stir together the oats, milk, and Greek yogurt with honey until well mixed.

2. Fold in the chopped strawberries and chia seeds.

3. Cover the bowl and put it in the fridge overnight so the oats can soak up all of the flavors.

4. In the morning, give it a good stir and enjoy your Strawberry Sunrise Overnight Oats as is or with extra fruit on top.

I whipped up Sparkling Strawberry Sage Elixir with fresh strawberries, sage leaves, lemon juice, sugar, and chilled sparkling water. Its incredibly refreshing and super easy to make on a sunny afternoon.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 1/4 cup fresh sage leaves, loosely packed
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 cups chilled sparkling water

Instructions

1. Rinse the strawberries and gently cut them in half then muddle with the sage leaves in a pitcher.

2. Stir in the sugar and lemon juice until the sugar kinda dissolves.

3. Pour in the chilled sparkling water, mix well and ice it generously.

4. Taste it and adjust the sweetness if needed then serve immediately.

3. Fiery Strawberry Avocado Toast

I tried this fiery strawberry avocado toast on toasted sourdough with mashed avocado mixed with lime juice, salt and pinch of red chili flakes topped with fresh strawberries for a simple sweet n spicy blend.

Ingredients

  • 2 slices of sourdough bread
  • 1 ripe avocado, mashed
  • 5 fresh strawberries, sliced
  • A pinch of red chili flakes
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

1. Toast your bread slices until they’re nice and crispy.

2. In a bowl, mix the mashed avocado with lime juice, salt and red chili flakes.

3. Spread the avocado mixture evenly on the toast and top it with the sliced strawberries.

4. Enjoy this sweet and spicy toast right away, cause it tastes best when its fresh.

4. Matcha Strawberry Chia Pudding

4. Matcha Strawberry Chia Pudding

I made a matcha strawberry chia pudding with almond milk, chia seeds, honey, matcha powder and strawberries. It’s creamy texture and subtle flavors make it a simple healthy snack.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries (some blended, some sliced)
  • 1 tsp matcha powder
  • 2 tbsp honey

Instructions

1. In a bowl, whisk together the almond milk, matcha powder and honey until it’s all mixed up.

2. Stir in the chia seeds and let the mixture sit for about 5 minutes then give it another stir.

3. Fold in the blended strawberries and add some of the sliced ones if you like extra texture.

4. Cover it up and pop it in the fridge for at least 4 hours or overnight, then enjoy your tasty treat.

5. Zesty Strawberry Quinoa Salad

5. Zesty Strawberry Quinoa Salad

I made this zesty strawberry quinoa salad by mixing cooked quinoa, sliced strawberries, crumbled feta and chopped basil. Drizzled olive oil with lemon juice and zest and added salt and pepper its really fresh and quick.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cooked quinoa
  • 2 cups sliced strawberries
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Juice and zest of 1 lemon
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

1. Start by cookin the quinoa as per package instrucshuns and let it cool a bit.

2. In a big bowl, mix the cooled quinoa with sliced strawberries, feta cheese, and basil.

3. Drizzle olive oil and add the lemon juice and zest then season with salt and pepper. Gently toss everything together.

4. Let the salad sit in the fridge for at least 30 minutes to let the flavors mix and then serve.

6. Strawberry Almond Bliss Shake

I discovered the Strawberry Almond Bliss Shake is a blend of frozen strawberries, almond milk, almond butter, plain greek yogurt and honey, with optional ice cubes for extra chill. its quick, simple and refreshing.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 2 tbsp almond butter
  • 1/2 cup plain greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • Optional: a few ice cubes

Instructions

1. Put the frozen strawberries, almond milk, almond butter, greek yogurt, honey and ice cubes (if using) in the blender and blend until its super smooth.

2. Taste it and if its not sweet enough you can add a bit more honey then blend again.

3. Pour into your fav glass and enjoy your shake right away.

7. Lavender-Infused Strawberry Energy Bowl

I whipped up the Lavender-Infused Strawberry Energy Bowl using fresh sliced strawberries, rolled oats, Greek yogurt, and lavender buds infused in warm almond milk then drizzled with honey and almond milk. It’s a simple, healthful blend.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh sliced strawberries
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tsp edible lavender buds (infused in 2 tbsp warm almond milk)
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1/4 cup almond milk

Instructions

1. In a small bowl, mix the warm almond milk with the lavender buds and let it sit for about 5 minutes so the flavor can bloom.

2. Meanwhile, stir together the rolled oats, Greek yogurt and remaining almond milk in a larger bowl.

3. Fold in the sliced strawberries and drizzle the infused lavender milk then add the honey; toss gently.

4. Let the bowl sit in the fridge for 10 minutes so the flavors can really mix together, then enjoy!

I crafted a Rustic Strawberry Focaccia Medley with all-purpose flour, warm water, active dry yeast, salt, olive oil, fresh strawberries and balsamic glaze. The bread come out rustic and golden with real simple ingredients.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup warm water
  • 1 tsp active dry yeast
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and quartered
  • 1 tbsp balsamic glaze

Instructions

1. In a large bowl mix the flour, yeast, salt, water and olive oil until u get a soft dough; cover it and let it rest in a warm spot for about 1 hour until it doubles in size.

2. Press the risen dough onto a lightly greased baking sheet making a rustic shape and then gently spread the quartered strawberries all over.

3. Drizzle the balsamic glaze evenly on top and if u like add a bit more olive oil.

4. Bake in a preheated 425°F oven for 15 to 20 minutes until the focaccia is golden brown; let it cool a little before serving.

9. Kale & Strawberry Detox Spritzer

I made the Kale & Strawberry Detox Spritzer with kale, strawberries, lemon juice, cucumber and coconut water, plus a bit o honey. This blend is energizing, clean and a refreshing health boost.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup kale leaves, chopped
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled
  • 1/2 lemon, juiced
  • 1 small cucumber, sliced
  • 1 cup coconut water
  • 1 teaspoon honey (optional)

Instructions

1. Wash all produce real good and put kale, strawberries, lemon juice, cucumber and coconut water in your blender.

2. Blend everything till its smooth, if you want a smoother drink you can strain it later.

3. Add the honey if you like it a bit sweeter then give it a quick blend again.

4. Pour over ice and enjoy your detox spritzer.

10. Heirloom Strawberry Chia Parfait

I whipped up this Heirloom Strawberry Chia Parfait with sliced heirloom strawberries, vanilla yogurt, chia seeds, honey and granola. its a refreshing layering of natural flavors with optional mint leaves that make it unique.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup sliced heirloom strawberries
  • ½ cup vanilla yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • ½ cup granola
  • Few mint leaves (optional)

Instructions

1. First, wash and slice your strawberries then mix them with the vanilla yogurt and honey so the flavors blend well.

2. Add the chia seeds to the mix and let it chill for about 10 minutes so they can swell up a bit.

3. In a clear glass, layer some of the strawberry mixture, then sprinkle granola and add another layer of the mix. Repeat until your glass is full.

4. Top it off with a few mint leaves for a fresh finish and enjoy your parfait right away.

11. Tropical Strawberry Coconut Ceviche

I made Tropical Strawberry Coconut Ceviche with diced strawberries, coconut water, red onion, jalapeno, lime juice, cilantro and sea salt. Its a simple, refreshing tropical mix thats easy to whip up when you need a quick burst of flavor.

Ingredients

  • Fresh strawberries, hulled and diced
  • Coconut water (about 1/2 cup)
  • Red onion, finely chopped
  • Jalapeno, seeded and minced
  • Lime juice (from 2 limes)
  • Fresh cilantro, roughly chopped
  • Sea salt to taste

Instructions

1. In a bowl, toss the diced strawberries with chopped red onion, minced jalapeno and cilantro.

2. Pour in the coconut water and lime juice, mix them gently so all the fruits gets nicely flavored.

3. Sprinkle a bit of sea salt and let the mix chill in the fridge for about 15 minutes to blend the flavors better.

4. Give it a quick stir and serve immediatly as a refreshing tropical treat!

12. Dark Chocolate Strawberry Avocado Mousse

12. Dark Chocolate Strawberry Avocado Mousse

I made a dark chocolate strawberry avocado mousse using one ripe avocado, fresh strawberries, dark chocolate chips, cocoa powder, maple syrup, lemon juice and vanilla extract. The recipe is quick and easy.

Ingredients

  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries
  • 100g dark chocolate chips
  • 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

1. Melt the dark chocolate in a double boiler or microwave until smooth then let it cool a bit.

2. In a blender, put the avocado, cocoa powder, maple syrup, lemon juice and vanilla extract and blend until it’s creamy.

3. Gently fold in chopped strawberries and the cooled chocolate by hand so you dont break their texture.

4. Chill the mousse in the fridge for at least 1 hour before serving. Enjoy your tasty treat!

13. Spiced Strawberry Ginger Zinger

13. Spiced Strawberry Ginger Zinger

I whipped up a spiced strawberry ginger zinger with strawberries, ginger, honey and lime juice. A dash of cinnamon and pinch of chili powder give it a kick when i mix it with sparkling water.

Ingredients

  • 1 pint fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 1 inch piece of fresh ginger, peeled and grated
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
  • A pinch of chili powder
  • 1 cup sparkling water

Instructions

1. Rinse and prep your strawberries and ginger, then toss ’em in the blender with the honey, lime juice, cinnamon and chili powder.

2. Blend until its smoothly mixed but dont overdo it, cause you want a bit of texture.

3. Stir in the sparkling water by hand for a fizzy kick, then pour the mix over ice in your glasses.

4. Taste and adjust the sweetness or spice if needed, serve immediately and enjoy your zinger!
