  • 2 and 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup mixed sugars (granulated and brown)
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 cups semisweet chocolate chips

Instructions

1. Preheat your oven to 375°F and in a bowl, mix the flour, baking soda and salt.

2. In another bowl, cream the butter with the mixed sugars until its light and fluffy then beat in the eggs.

3. Gradually combine the dry ingredients with the wet mix and fold in the chocolate chips gently so they dont break too much.

4. Drop rounded spoonfuls of the dough onto an ungreased baking sheet and bake for about 10 to 12 minutes, then let em cool a few minutes before eatin.

  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar

  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 2 tbsp melted unsalted butter

Instructions

1. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. In another bowl, beat the eggs then stir in the milk and melted butter.

2. Mix the wet and dry ingredients until a smooth dough forms, if its too sticky add a bit more flour.

3. Roll out the dough to about a 1/2 inch thickness, cut out donut shapes and fry them in preheated oil till they turn golden brown.

4. While the donuts are still warm, dip them in a glaze made by mixing extra sugar with a little warm water and then serve immediately.

  • 4 cups sliced apples (any variety will work)
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

1. Preheat your oven to 375°F and toss the apple slices with the lemon juice and cinnamon in a bowl.

2. Mix the oats, brown sugar, flour and melted butter in another bowl until it forms a crumbly mixture.

Instructions

1. Heat the butter, sugar, heavy cream, and salt in a saucepan over medium heat until the sugar dissolves and the mixture starts to bubble. Its important not to stir too much once it simmer because it can cause the sugar to crystallize.

I whippd up mint chocolate sweet snacks fudge using granulated sugar, heavy cream, unsalted butter, peppermint extract, and dark chocolate chips with optional crushed peppermint candies for garnish. It sets fast into bite sized squares.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 tsp peppermint extract
  • 1 cup chocolate chips (preferably dark chocolate)
  • Optional crushed peppermint candies for garnish

Instructions

1. In a heavy saucepan combine sugar, heavy cream and unsalted butter over medium heat and keep stirring untill the mixture starts to thicken into a soft ball consistency when you drop a bit into cold water.

2. Remove from heat and slowly stir in the peppermint extract and chocolate chips dont over mix cause the chocolate might get a bit seedy.

3. Pour the mixture into a lightly greased lined pan and sprinkle the crushed peppermint candies on top if you are using them.

4. Allow it to cool at room temperature then chill in the fridge for at least 2 hours before cutting into bite sized squares Enjoy!

I made a Blueberry Cheesecake Sweet Snacks Tart using graham cracker crumbs and melted butter for the crust, then mixed cream cheese, sugar, eggs and vanilla extract before addin fresh blueberries on top.

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 3 tablespoons melted butter
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries

Instructions

1. Preheat your oven to 350°F and mix the graham cracker crumbs with melted butter then press it evenly into your tart pan.

2. Beat the cream cheese and sugar until its smooth then mix in the eggs and vanilla extract.

I made these coconut lime sweet snack balls using unsweetened shredded coconut, almond flour, lime zest and fresh lime juice combined with honey and melted coconut oil for a refreshin, easy treat.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • Zest of 1 lime
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons melted coconut oil

Instructions

1. In a bowl, mix all the ingredients together until they are well combined. If the mix feels too dry, add a little more coconut oil.

2. Scoop out small portions of the mixture and roll them into balls using your hands.

3. Place the balls on a plate lined with parchment paper and put them in the fridge for at least an hour.

4. Enjoy these tasty treats, and keep ’em stored in the fridge if you wanna share them later.
