Introduction to Ghost Energy Drinks

While I may be a huge fan of coffee, I also love to get outside and be active; so naturally energy drinks play a large role in that, and recently Ghost energy drinks have been my go-to. Ever since their launch in 2016 these energy drinks have been skyrocketing in popularity for several reasons:

Variety pack

Flavor Profiles: They are known for having unique flavors that people love, often collaborating with popular food brands to create something different from what is already on the market. For example, they’ve made versions flavored like Warheads candy and Swedish fish!

Brand Collaborations: Partnering up with other brands has also helped them gain more visibility and appeal, especially among younger consumers who appreciate the overlap between food/lifestyle items along with energy products.

Marketing Strategy: Ghost focuses most intensely its marketing around lifestyle which is where they find their biggest audience — fitness junkies & social media addicts alike can relate better when seeing themselves reflected back through vibrant online presence ads.

Ingredient Transparency: Their commitment to transparency about what goes into their drinks appeals to health-conscious consumers. Unlike many energy drinks, Ghost Energy Drinks highlight their use of natural caffeine and absence of artificial colors.

The combination of innovative flavors, strategic collaborations, and savvy marketing has helped Ghost Energy Drinks carve out a niche in the highly competitive energy drink market. They are particularly popular among fitness enthusiasts and young adults who seek products that not only boost energy but also align with a dynamic and health-conscious lifestyle. Note: If you aren’t after energy boost and are looking for a good hydration alternative Prime have some tasty options.

The Ultimate List of Ghost Energy Drinks Ranked

I decided to try out all the flavors of Ghost Energy drink I could get my hands on and then rank them here. Ready? Let’s dive in and discover why after testing these Ghost Energy Drinks ranked as they did!

Every flavor was tasted according to its taste, truthfulness to the advertised taste, and overall drink-ability. The rankings are detailed here for GHOST® ENERGY X FAZE CLANâ„¢ Faze Up (our Winner), CITRUS and TROPICAL MANGO (most refreshing) among others –you’ll find a detailed ranking of each flavor and why it deserves its place on the list

Remember they are all zero sugar and contain the same energy stack of 200 mg natural caffeine, taurine, Astragin, Neurofactor Coffee Extract, Carinipure and Alpha-GPC.

1. GHOST® ENERGY X FAZE CLAN™ Faze Up

Faze up

This unique collaboration between Ghost Energy and FaZe Clan takes the top spot on the list.

This electrifying taste and intense power surge GHOST® ENERGY X FAZE CLANâ„¢ Faze up Ghost Energy Drink flavor is a must for all fans. I don’t even know who Faze Clan are as a mid 40s man, but it tastes really good, and gives me the energy I need.

I’m rating this one my favorite because it’s sour and citrusy, but still natural tasting.. This review over on reddit backs up my findings:

“I’m not sure why Ghost made another lemon lime flavored drink when they could pick any other flavor profile, but the Faze Up is good in and of itself.

In fact, I prefer the Faze Up’s extra sour and sweetness. I always thought lemon lime sodas were just… alright.

You’d like the Faze Up if you’re into Ghost’s other sour drinks. If you’re into Ghost’s less sweet offerings or want a Mountain Dew replacement, go for the Citrus.”

2. GHOST® ENERGY SOUR PINK LEMONADE

Sour Pink Lemonade

If you’re a fan of tart and tangy flavors, SOUR PINK LEMONADE is the flavor for you. It perfectly captures the refreshing taste of pink lemonade with a satisfying sour kick that keeps you coming back for more. If you ever have Pink lemonade powder it tastes just like this. Or pink starbust if you have tried those? Works for me, it is slightly artificial tasting but still a strong contender.

3. GHOST® ENERGY ORANGE CREAM

Orange cream

Transport yourself back to childhood with the nostalgic flavor of ORANGE CREAM. This creamy and citrusy blend brings together the classic combination of orange and cream, creating a smooth and delightful energy drink experience. Smells like your typical orange soda, and at first it tastes like one too — strong carbonation with an initial punch of orange flavor — but then it gives way to a vanilla or cream flavor on the back end, although it is fairly subtle.

4. GHOST® ENERGY CITRUS

Citrus

For a burst of citrusy goodness, look no further than CITRUS. This flavor features a refreshing blend of lemon, lime, and orange, making it an ideal choice for those who prefer a tangy and zesty energy drink. I prefer Faze up in the number 1 spot but this is still a decent flavor. If you like Faze Up but want a less sweet Citrus flavor go for this one!

5. GHOST® ENERGY X FAZE CLAN™ FAZE POP™

Faze Pop

FAZE POPâ„¢ combines the flavors of pineapple, orange, and peach into a fizzy and fruity energy drink. It’s a perfect choice for those who enjoy tropical flavors and a little extra fizz in their beverages. I love this Raspberry sherbet like flavor and the citrus on the back end is great. It’s like a rocket pop Ice pop, but not quite as good. Although it gives more energy and caffeine so thats a win!

6. GHOST® ENERGY X WARHEADS® SOUR WATERMELON

Sour Watermelon

Indulge in the refreshing and juicy taste of SOUR WATERMELON. This flavor combines the sweetness of watermelon with a hint of sourness, creating a delightful and energizing beverage. Definitely sour and definitely watermelon, it was actually refreshing compared to some of the other super sweet varieties

7. GHOST® ENERGY TROPICAL MANGO

Tropical Mango

Escape to a tropical paradise with the luscious flavor of TROPICAL MANGO. This flavor captures the essence of ripe mangos, transporting you to a sunny beach with every sip. I think I taste slight pineapple up front that lends itself to mango very quickly. Maybe thats just me Mango and Pinapple go together in my mind, so maybe I am imagining it?

8. GHOST® ENERGY CHERRY LIMEADE

Cherry Limeade

This bold blend of cherries and limes creates a refreshing and invigorating energy drink that’s sure to impress. The sweetness makes this one taste a lot stronger than it probably is. They did a good job making the cherry taste like a yummy maraschino cherry and not like medicine. The limeade is tart and sweet and kind of what you’d expect. This one is mostly limeade with a strong cherry element. It does taste a little artificial in terms of the sweetener though.

9. GHOST® ENERGY X SOUR PATCH KIDS® REDBERRY®

Red Berry

If you are a fan of Sour Patch kids REDBERRY® then this is a pretty close match in a drink! It isn’t quite as sour as you would expect is my only complaint. It is impressive the sweet taste that comes through even though zero sugar!

10. GHOST® ENERGY X SOUR PATCH KIDS® BLUE RASPBERRY

Blue Raspberry

This flavor combines the sweetness of raspberries with a hint of blueberry, creating a truly memorable energy drink experience. Although it is sweet, like many blue raspberry flavored products, it manages to avoid being overly sugary, thanks to the use of no sugar in its formula. This appeals to those who are cautious about their sugar intake but still want a flavorful beverage. It’s not as good as the Sour Patch Redberry but still passable!

11.GHOST® ENERGY X SWEDISH FISH®

Swedish fish

Channel your inner candy lover with the unique and nostalgic taste of SWEDISH FISH®. This flavor captures the iconic flavor of the popular gummy candy, offering a fun and flavorful energy drink experience. The taste is incredible and it’s identical to Swedish fish. I found this super easy to drink and I can see myself buying a lot more of these soon.

12. GHOST® ENERGY X WARHEADS SOUR GREEN APPLE

Sour Green apple

I can’t help it, I just don’t like it… maybe something happened to me as a kid with apple sours but this doesn’t do it for me. Your milage may vary. It is quite sour and appley; however, a bit too acidic for my liking..

This has made them very popular among gamers too as no other brand has pushed themselves further than what ghost does .

Does Ghost Energy have caffeine?

Yes! Caffeine content can vary greatly between different brands of energy drinks so it’s helpful to know if you should expect any from certain ones. The answer is yes, ghost does indeed contain caffeine.

To explain further why this matters we need first understand what role does caffeine play in these types of beverages? Well simply put they work by stimulating your nervous system thereby making you feel more focused and awake for some time afterwards. It’s like giving yourself a little kick-start when needed most during those sluggish moments throughout the day.

Ghost drinks use a unique blend of caffeine sourced from coffee beans which gives clean sustained highs without those crazy lows associated with other highly caffeinated beverages on the market..
