Instructions

1. Boil the pasta in salted water till al dente then drain.

2. Fry the chopped bacon in a pan until crisp then remove most of the fat while leaving a spoonful for flavor.

3. In the same pan saute the onion and garlic till its lightly golden then pour in the heavy cream and stir in the Parmesan cheese.
