I absolutely love a smoothie when the weather turns cool.

I start with blending ingredients like pumpkin, apples, pears that feels so seasonal.

And adding spices such as cinnamon, nutmeg, and ginger, to the Smoothie captures the essence of autumn in a glass.

Adding leafy greens, oats, or nuts can enhance the nutritional profile, making them a perfect breakfast or snack option.

1 cup pumpkin puree
1 banana (preferably frozen)
