Peach smoothies rank among my favorite indulgences, and are perfect for savoring the sweet, juicy taste of peaches all year.

I use them as a quick morning meal or snack; post-workout drink to quench my thirst; or simply a cooling refreshment on hot days when everything seems unbearable.

The fact that they are highly adaptable and easy to prepare makes peach smoothies more attractive: they are packed with vitamins, antioxidants, and natural sugars.

To create the perfect mix, I like experimenting with different ingredients such as creamy yoghurts or milks along vibrant fruits like berries and bananas.

I just like starting my day with a fruity jolt. My favorite is a peach smoothie.

There is nothing like sipping a tasty, sweet, juicy peachy drink. I think it is a nice combo of nutritious and delicious.

When I first take a sip, I feel awake and ready to meet the day. This is not just a smoothie for me, it is a morning ritual which always puts a smile on my face.

Classic Peach Smoothie

Ingredients

2 ripe peaches, peeled and pitted
1 cup plain Greek yogurt
1/2 cup orange juice
1 tablespoon honey (optional)
1 cup ice cubes

Instructions

Step 1: Cut the peeled and pitted peaches into chunks.
Step 2: Add the peach chunks, Greek yogurt, and orange juice into a blender.
Step 3: If desired, add honey for additional sweetness.
Step 4: Add the ice cubes to the blender.
Step 5: Blend on high until smooth and creamy. Serve immediately.

The taste of a ripe peach is rich and juicy which balances the flavor of a juicy mango which is sweet and sour.

For me, it doesn’t matter if is hot summer or  a cool winter!.

Ingredients

1 cup fresh or frozen peaches, sliced
1 cup fresh or frozen mango chunks
1 cup Greek yogurt
1/2 cup orange juice
1 tablespoon honey (optional)

Instructions

Combine the peaches, mango chunks, Greek yogurt, and orange juice in a blender.
Blend on high until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
Taste and add honey if you prefer a sweeter smoothie; blend again briefly.
Pour the smoothie into glasses.

I call it ‘my little piece of heaven’ because it brings so many good things together in one place of beauty. Peaches, Mango and Banana, Close my eyes and I could be on a tropical beach just drinking it!

Ingredients

2 ripe peaches, peeled and pitted
1 banana
1 cup mango chunks (fresh or frozen)
1 cup coconut milk
1/2 cup pineapple juice

Instructions

Cut the peaches and banana into chunks.
Add the peach chunks, banana, mango chunks, coconut milk and pineapple juice to a blender.
Blend on high until smooth and creamy.
Adjust sweetness to taste, adding a little honey or agave syrup if necessary.
Pour into glasses and serve immediately, topped with a slice of peach or a sprig of mint, if desired.

This smoothie is a great combination of ripe peaches, which are naturally very sweet, with the delicate, earthy flavor of green tea.

I love to drink it in the mid-afternoon as a boost, and as a refreshing break after working out. Not only do these flavors go wonderfully together, but the drink is incredibly good for you, being packed with antioxidants and vitamins.

Ingredients

1 cup frozen peach slices
1 cup brewed green tea (chilled)
1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
1 tablespoon honey (optional)
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

Combine the frozen peach slices and chilled green tea in a blender.
Add the Greek yogurt, honey (if using), and vanilla extract to the blender.
Blend the mixture until smooth and creamy.
Taste and adjust sweetness by adding more honey if desired.
Pour the smoothie into a glass and enjoy immediately.

The Peach Coconut Dream ranks high in my taste charts! Peaches and coconut together are an incredible combo.

So refreshing to taste the juiciness of the peaches as they blend with the creaminess of the coconut milk. 

Ingredients

2 ripe peaches, peeled and pitted
1 cup coconut milk
1/2 cup Greek yogurt
1 tablespoon honey
1/2 cup ice cubes

Instructions

Chop the Peaches: Slice them into smaller pieces so they will blend more easily.
Whip Up: Put the sliced peaches, coconut milk, Greek yoghurt, honey and ice cubes in the blender.
Puree: Puree in a blender on high until smooth and creamy, returning to the bowl to ensure all the ingredients are well incorporated. Adjust consistency: If the smoothie is too thick, simply add a little more coconut milk and blend it again.
Garnish: Pour the smoothie in glasses, and serve immediately for best taste and texture.

This is a tasty drink and the marriage of protein and vitamins does the world of good in the morning. 

By adding Almond milk you keep your dairy and fat intake down. It’s also Yum!

Ingredients

2 ripe peaches, pitted and sliced
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1/2 cup Greek yogurt
1 tablespoon honey (optional, for added sweetness)

Instructions

Add the sliced peaches and almond milk to a blender.
Incorporate the vanilla protein powder and Greek yogurt.
Blend until smooth and creamy.
Taste and add honey if additional sweetness is desired, then blend again.

In my opinion this is an excellent blend.  The good fats and smoothness of the avocado balance really nicely with the sweetness of the peach. A must try!

1 cup almond milk (or any preferred milk)
1 tablespoon honey (optional)

I enjoy beginning my day with something that is tasty and nutritious, and I think this smoothie ticks all of those boxes. It is full of the natural sweetness of ripe peaches and the hearty robustness of oatmeal, making it the ideal breakfast.

It has kept me full and supplied energy for my morning activities. If you are like me, I guarantee this smoothie will soon become a regular staple of your breakfasts.

Sometimes I just don’t feel like porridge and this smoothie still gives me the energy with the sweeter taste!

Ingredients

1 cup frozen peaches
1/2 cup rolled oats
1 cup almond milk (or any milk of your choice)
1/2 cup Greek yogurt
1 tablespoon honey (optional, for extra sweetness)

Instructions

Put the rolled oats in a blender and process until they are pulverised.
Put the frozen peaches, almond milk, Greek yogurt and honey (if you use) together in the blender.
Blend until smooth and creamy.
Pour the smoothie into glasses.

It starts with peaches, which is great on its own.

But then combine with pineapple, and the sweetness of the peach comes out in a tropical zing. I love how this dynamic duo can take the dish, or cocktail, to complete another level.

It is my go-to mix for those days that need a burst of sunshine.

1 cup fresh or frozen peaches, peeled and sliced
1/2 cup fresh or canned pineapple chunks
1/2 cup Greek yogurt
1/2 cup orange juice
1 tablespoon honey (optional for added sweetness)

Instructions

1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1 tablespoon honey (optional for sweetness)

Instructions

W O W, what an absolutely delicious combination, the blend of different flavors makes it super fresh and a real boost. I love this medley, I think that is a real summer flavor in every single taste of it.

I really enjoy the mixes of sweet peaches and melons, it is an incredible combination for me.

1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
1/2 cup orange juice

Instructions

Place the peach slices and cantaloupe cubes into a blender.

1 banana
1 cup plain Greek yogurt
1/2 cup almond milk (or your preferred milk)
1 tablespoon honey (optional)

Instructions

Add the sliced peaches, banana, Greek yogurt, and almond milk into a blender.
Blend until smooth and creamy, about 1-2 minutes.
Taste the smoothie; if desired, add honey for extra sweetness.

When I first mixed this indescribably charming combo, I was in love at first taste. With soft juicy sweet peaches balanced by slightly crunchy nuttiness of almonds, I get my vitamins and fiber in one tasty treat.

I enjoy how it’s the best of both world: something indulgent and something super healthy all in one. I often reach for this combo when the snack hunger arrives and it always delivers!

Ingredients

2 ripe peaches, peeled and sliced
1 cup almond milk
1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
1 tablespoon honey
1/4 teaspoon almond extract

Instructions

Slice the peaches, measure out the almond milk, add the yogurt, honey and almond extract, and toss it in a blender.
Blend until smooth and creamy.
Taste and adjust sweetness with additional honey if needed.
Pour the smoothie into glasses.

My new obsession? The juicy, fresh taste of peach combined with the supercharged nutrients of chia, blended into a smooth, creamy texture, it tastes more sinful than any ‘real’ desert I could have chosen, but that is actually so good for me.

I feel energized and ready to take on the day! I am hooked on this one.

Ingredients

2 ripe peaches, pitted and sliced
1 cup almond milk (or any preferred milk)
2 tablespoons chia seeds
1 tablespoon honey (optional)
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

Blend until the peaches are broken down. 
Add the almond milk, chia seeds, honey and vanilla to the blender. Refrigerate for at least one hour before serving.
Place in four glasses.
