Ingredients

3 ripe mangoes, peeled and diced
1/2 cup water
1 tablespoon lime juice
2 tablespoons honey (optional, to taste)
Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Mangoes:
    Peel and dice the mangoes, ensuring to remove the pit.
  2. Blend
    In a blender, process the diced mangoes, water, lime juice, honey (if using) and pinch of salt.
    Blend until completely smooth.
  3. Freeze the Mixture:
    Pour the blended mixture into the Ninja Creami pint container.
    Freeze for at least 24 hours or until the mixture is completely solid.
  4. Process in Ninja Creami:
    Place the pint in the freezer to chill.
    Place the pint inside the Ninja Creami.
    Select the “Sorbet” function and start processing.
  5. Reprocess (if needed):
    Then, after doing the first cycle, check if the consistency is good or not.

Ingredients

1 cup fresh or frozen strawberries
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or any low-calorie milk of your choice)
1/2 cup Greek yogurt (non-fat)
1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional for added fiber)
1 teaspoon honey or a few drops of liquid stevia (optional, to taste)
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)

Instructions

  1.  Gather Rinse the strawberries if using fresh. No need to thaw frozen strawberries.
  2. Mix Base: In a blender, blend strawberries, vanilla protein powder, almond milk and Greek yogurt.
  3. Garnish With Extras: Put chia seeds, honey or stevia, and vanilla extract in blender, if using.
  4. Blend: blend on high until smooth and creamy. Add more almond milk in small amounts if too thick.

Instructions

  1. Prepare If using frozen blueberries, allow them to thaw slightly

1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
1/4 cup honey or agave nectar (for lower calorie, use a calorie-free sweetener)
1 teaspoon lime zest
Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Prepare Kiwi and Lime:
    Peel and chop the kiwis into small pieces.

1 cup fresh or frozen pineapple chunks
1/2 cup light coconut milk
1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt (non-fat or low-fat)
1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
1/2 cup ice cubes (optional, for a thicker smoothie)
1 teaspoon chia seeds (optional, for added fiber)
Fresh mint leaves (for garnish, optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare Gather all ingredients and ensure the pineapple is cut into chunks. 2.

  2. Base Blend: in the blender, mix the honey, almond milk, greek yogurt, vanilla extract, sea salt and lemon juice. 3
  3. Blend Smooth: Blend the mixture until it is smooth and creamy.
  4. Chill Mixture: Pour the blended mixture into a freezer-safe container and put in the freezer for 2 hours, or until it’s chilled.
  5. Put It on Ice: Once chilled, transfer your mixture to a pint container. Pack it into your Ninja Creami container
  6. Freeze Solid: Put the mixture in a flat uncovered container in the freezer.
    Freeze overnight until solid.
  7. Creamify: Put the container in the Ninja Creami, and run the ‘Ice Cream’ function.
  8. Alter Texture: Re-spin if the pudding needs to be less chalky and more creamy.

Ingredients

4 cups seedless watermelon, cubed
1/4 cup fresh lime juice
2 tablespoons honey or agave syrup (optional, for extra sweetness)
1/2 cup water
Mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare Watermelon: Cut the watermelon into cubes and remove any seeds.
  2. BLEND: Combine the watermelon cubes, fresh lime juice, honey or agave syrup (if using) and water in a blender.
  3. Blend Until Creamy: Pulse in a high-powered blender until the mixture is silky-smooth and completely mixed.
  4. Freeze: Place the container in the freezer and freeze for 24 hours.
  5. Creamify: After 24 hours, put your pint in the Ninja Creami machine and press “Sorbet” or “Frozen drink”.
  6. Serve: Once the watermelon slush cycle is complete, spoon the watermelon slush into serving glasses.

I have a breakfast obsession. It’s rich, creamy, perfectly sweet and also extremely healthy.

And did I mention easy to make? Seriously, I think I’ve figured out the secret to a happy morning, forty years late.

But the versatility of this perfect breakfast is the real winning factor. It’s delicious on its own, but I like to top it with whatever fresh fruit I have around, pecans, or sometimes just a little drizzle of honey.

 Coconut Chia Seed Pudding

Ingredients

1 cup full-fat coconut milk
2 tablespoons chia seeds
1 tablespoon maple syrup (or sweetener of choice)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Fresh fruit or coconut flakes for topping (optional)

Instructions

  1. Combine In a small mixing bowl, combine the coconut milk, chia seeds, maple syrup and vanilla extract. Stir until well-blended.
  2. Chill: Pour the mixture into the Ninja Creami pint container, ensuring not to exceed the maximum fill line. Place the container in the freezer and let it freeze for 24 hours. After 24 hours, remove the container from the freezer and attach it to the Ninja Creami machine. Select the “Ice Cream” function and let the machine run its cycle. Stir and Serve: Stir it up before you serve it, to make sure it is well combined, then portion it out.
  3. Portioning out the pudding.
  4. Optional Toppings: Garnish with fresh fruit or coconut flakes if desired.

I always think of this dessert when I’m asked to describe a dessert that combines the best of sweet and the best of tang for a balanced flavor.

Just one bite reminds me of a sunny day full of life and energy. To those with a sweet tooth (such as mine), it’s the best of both worlds wrapped in a bright, citrusy package.

Lemon Frosted Delight

Ingredients

1 cup low-fat Greek yogurt
1 lemon, zested and juiced
2 tbsp low-calorie sweetener (e.g., Stevia or Monk Fruit)
1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
Lemon slices for garnish (optional)
Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Make the Yogurt Mixture: Whisk together the low-fat Greek yogurt, lemon zest and juice, low-calorie sweetener, unsweetened almond milk, vanilla extract, and pinch of salt in a medium bowl until smooth.
  2. Transfer to Freezer Container: Pour the yogurt mixture into a Ninja Creami pint container or other pint-size freezer-safe container with a lid.
  3. Chill out: Pop the container in the freezer and let it sit for 24 hours or until the mixture has fully solidified. 4
  4. Process in Ninja Creami: Remove the container from the freezer and set at room temperature for 5-10 minutes. Insert the container into the Ninja Creami machine according to brand instructions and process on the “Lite Ice Cream” or “Sorbet” setting.
  5. FINISH: Dole out the Lemon Frosted Delight in bowls.
    Decorate with lemon slices and fresh mint leaves, if desired.

In my mind, there is nothing better than the taste of good frozen yoghurt . This one is swirled with fruity berries bite after bite .

The sour-sweet balance is indescribable . You will fall in love with it too.

Ingredients

1 cup plain Greek yogurt
1/2 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
1/2 cup skim milk
2 tablespoons honey or agave syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Fresh berries for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prep Berries: Wash and pat dry the mixed berries.
    Mix all ingredients briefly.
  2. Stir these altogether into a mixture: Place Greek yogurt, berries, skim milk, honey (or agave syrup) and vanilla essence in a neat container (you can use a vessel from an old blender to beat the doodie out of these, if you like) and stir until smooth.
  3. Gelation!: Pour the mixture into a Creami pint and freeze for 24 hours.
  4. Process in Ninja Creami: Remove the Creami pint from the freezer after freezing, and insert it into the Ninja Creami bowl and lid. Choose the ‘Lite Ice Cream’ function.
  5. Mix-In Option with Pureé: If you want, add fresh berries after the blend, and choose “Mix-In” option, this will incorporate them.
  6. Serve & Enjoy: Spoon the frozen yogurt into bowls, if you like top with berries, and serve immediately.
