I am addicted to the sweetness and how full of nutrients it is, especially when you add in a few slices of banana, maybe a sprinkle of almonds, and some chia seeds. It is the perfect consistency of sweet and healthy.

Ingredients

2 ripe peaches, peeled and sliced
1 frozen banana
1/2 cup Greek yogurt
1/4 cup almond milk
Toppings of your choice (e.g., granola, fresh berries, chia seeds, sliced almonds)

Instructions

Combine the sliced peaches, frozen banana, Greek yogurt, and almond milk in a blender.
Blend until smooth and creamy.
Pour the smoothie into a bowl. Stir in some of your favorite toppings – granola, fresh berries, chia seeds, or sliced almonds are some options – then go for a walk.

I love breakfast on the weekend. It’s so lovely to wake up slowly and make something sweet, simple and special, like peach pancakes.

I love the juxtaposition of ripe peaches with plush, fluffy, flapjacks. They go together like peanut-butter and jelly!

My favorite way to start the day has to be sitting with my cup of coffee while delicious pancakes cook on the griddle. I love the aroma of sweet batter bubbling up, and I love the first bite of juicy peaches and warm, soft pancakes.

Ingredients

1 cup all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 cup milk
1 ripe peach, diced

Instructions

Whisk together flour, sugar, and baking powder in a bowl.
Gradually add milk and stir until smooth.
Fold in diced peaches gently.

Ingredients

1 cup rolled oats
2 cups milk (or a non-dairy alternative)
2 ripe peaches, diced
1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

Combine rolled oats and milk in a medium saucepan. -Bring to a simmer over medium heat, stirring often, until the oats are cooked and the mixture is creamy, 5-7 minutes.

I love this one, and it’s such a great combination of creamy yogurt, sweet peaches and crispy granola.

The juicy peaches and the yogurt complement each other perfectly, it’s all the sweetness you want, with the tang of the yogurt to make for a balanced mix you can’t help indulging in. Mine is always the prettiest, snapping a picture of it makes it seem like it’s art and breakfast all at once.

Ingredients

1 cup plain Greek yogurt
2 ripe peaches, diced
1/2 cup granola
2 tablespoons honey
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

Mix the Greek yogurt with honey and vanilla extract until well combined.
Spoon a layer of the yogurt mixture into the bottom of each serving glass.
Add a layer of diced peaches on top of the yogurt.
Sprinkle a layer of granola over the peaches.
Repeat the layers, finishing with a topping of granola and a drizzle of honey.

I think peaches and French toast seem like such a comforting pair of flavors. Mine always comes out rich and juicy with crispy peach and toasted edges.

4 slices of bread (preferably brioche or challah)
2 large eggs
1/2 cup milk
2 ripe peaches, thinly sliced
2 tablespoons butter

Instructions

Prepare the batter: Whisk together the eggs and milk in a shallow bowl.
Dip the Bread
Toast the Toast: Melt 1 Tbsp butter in a skillet over medium heat.
Cook dipped slices of bread until golden on both sides, about 2-3 minutes each side.
Cook the Peaches: In the same skillet, melt the remaining butter and sauté the sliced peaches until soft and caramelized, about 3-4 minutes.
Assemble and Serve: Place a few peach slices on top of each French toast slice and serve immediately. You can also dust the top with powdered sugar or drizzle with maple syrup if desired. Add eggs for a random but yummy addition. Trust me!

This recipe has become a favorite weekend baking pass-time, and now I am sharing it with you! 

Ingredients

1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 cup diced fresh peaches

Instructions

Start by preheating your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line your muffin tin with 6 paper liners.
In a large bowl, whisk together the flour and sugar until well combined.
Add the milk and vegetable oil to the dry ingredients, stir until just combined.
Gently fold in the diced peaches, being careful not to overmix.
Divide the batter evenly between the 6 muffin liners and bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

The texture of the juicy peach in that buttery crumbly roll makes it so fulfilling and tasty. When I bake it they make my kitchen smell incredible.

Ingredients

2 cups all-purpose flour
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 tablespoon baking powder
1/2 cup unsalted butter, cold and cubed
1 cup fresh peaches, diced

Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, mix together flour, sugar, and baking powder.
Cut in the cold, cubed butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
Gently fold in the diced peaches and mix until just combined.
Or, once it’s assembled, transfer the dough to a floured surface, press it into a disk, cut it into wedges, and bake for 15 to 20 minutes, until golden.

1/2 cup milk

4 ripe peaches, peeled and sliced

Instructions

Make the crepes: Heat a frying pan lightly brushed with oil, pour the batter into a thin layer, and cook on both sides until golden.

Ingredients

4 cups fresh or canned peaches (sliced)
5 large eggs
1 cup milk
¼ cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

Preheat the oven: 350°F (175°C), grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
Layer Peaches: Spread the sliced peaches evenly across the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
In a large bowl, whisk the eggs, milk, sugar, and vanilla until frothy and smooth.
Pour Mixture: Pour the egg mixture over the peaches in the baking dish.
Bake: Place the dish in the preheated oven and bake 40 to 45 minutes, or until casserole is set and top is golden.
Serve warm.

I absolutely adore my peachy flavor granola bars. I love the texture of chewy oats mixed with the sweet, juicy pieces of peach.

Ingredients

2 cups old-fashioned rolled oats
1/2 cup almond butter
1/4 cup honey
1 cup dried peaches, finely chopped
1/4 cup chopped almonds

Instructions

Heat the oven to 350°F (175°C), then line an 8×8 inch baking dish with parchment.
In a large bowl, combine oats, dried peaches, and chopped almonds.
Heat the almond butter and honey together in a small saucepan over very low heat until smooth.
Pour the almond butter mixture over the oat mixture and stir until fully combined.
Pat the pressed mixture into the prepared baking dish, bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown, then let cool completely before cutting into bars.

I love the creamy taste and texture of this and it tastes great too! I love the way the peaches and the chia seeds go as dessert, or for breakfast or just a snack!

It’s easy to make and healthy and nutritious! I think the fact that it’s a natural sweet like the peach goes well with the bland nutty taste of the chia.

I tend to have this desert at least once a week in my kitchen. 

Ingredients

1 cup fresh or canned peaches, diced
2 tablespoons chia seeds
1 cup almond milk (or any preferred milk)
1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

Toss some chia seeds, almond milk, honey or maple syrup, and a splash of vanilla in a bowl.
Stir well to ensure chia seeds are evenly distributed.
Add the diced peaches and mix gently.
Cover the bowl and refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight. The chia seeds will swell up and thicken the mixture.
Serve chilled, topped with additional peach slices if desired.

1 cup quinoa
2 cups almond milk (or milk of choice)
2 medium fresh peaches, diced
1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

Rinse the quinoa under cold water to remove any bitterness.
In a medium saucepan, bring the almond milk to a boil.
Add quinoa, bring to a simmer, cover, and cook 15-20 mins or until quinoa is tender and milk is absorbed.
Stir in the honey (or maple syrup) and vanilla extract.
Top with diced peaches and serve warm.

4 small flour tortillas
1 cup Greek yogurt
2 tablespoons honey
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions

Warm the tortillas in a skillet over medium heat until slightly golden.
Spread a generous layer of Greek yogurt on each tortilla.
Top with peach slices evenly distributed on the tortillas.
Drizzle honey over the peach-topped tortillas.
Sprinkle a pinch of cinnamon over each taco and serve immediately.

Finding a new, tasty way to get breakfast started is one of life’s joys, and learning that it is possible to mix peaches with the salty elements of a breakfast pizza sounded fantastic.

Flavor compatibility is something I have a real taste for, and it is the thing that raised my breakfast game.

Ingredients

1 pre-made pizza crust or flatbread
2 ripe peaches, thinly sliced
1 cup ricotta cheese
2 tablespoons honey
Fresh basil leaves for garnish

Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Spread the ricotta cheese evenly over the pizza crust.
Arrange the thinly sliced peaches on top of the ricotta layer.
Drizzle honey over the peaches.
Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown. Garnish with fresh basil before serving.
